Far away from friends & family...

I'm a pretty independent person, I mean ever since my daughter's father and I split....I have picked up a ton of hermit tendencies. However, this weekend was pretty lonely. I'm taking a guided study course and another class on Tuesday/Thursday nights....so technically as of Thursday 9:15, I have been done and free to do what I want. I had a couple of opportunities to travel, either to DC to visit a friend or back up North for a family party. I chose neither due to lack of finances. As I sit here looking around my dorm room, I'm wishing that I went somewhere anywhere...but I didn't
